Rare home shirt as worn in qualification for Euro 1992. Northern Ireland failed to qualify for the finals as they finished third in their group behind Yugoslavia and Denmark. The Danish secured a place in the finals despite finishing 2nd due to Yugoslavia’s disqualification after the outbreak of civil war. Notable results for Billy Binghams’ side included a 2-1 win at home to Austria and a 5-0 victory away to Faroe Islands.
